Ajay Sawhney
Founder & Managing Director
A self-made entrepreneur with over 40 years in international steel trade. He began in the 1980s with projects across the Middle East, North Africa, and Russia, then pioneered large-scale steel supplies to India from South Korea and China, alongside exporting Indian-origin steel to Asia and Europe.
Since 2003 he has led SKG Global to become one of the most trusted steel trading agencies, representing global leaders such as SK, Hyundai, Jindal, Viraj, and CSCEC, operating from Gurugram with a partner office in Wuhan, China. He also served as the only Indian shareholder and Director of CCTEB India Pvt. Ltd., delivering landmark projects including Vivo's Greater Noida plant, Sky Mansion in Delhi, and Foxconn's Bangalore project. He continues to guide SKG Global alongside his two sons.
Aditya Sawhney
Heading Coating Material Business
Aditya leads the 3LPE pipe-coating materials and specialised adhesives business. Serving reputed pipe mills across India and the Middle East, he has built a stable business from the ground up for Guangzhou Lushan New Materials Co. Ltd. (China), one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-performance polymers.
Bhrigu Sawhney
Heading Steel Business
Bhrigu leads cross-border and domestic steel trading operations, serving clients across pipe and tubing, distribution and service centres, pre-engineered buildings, and construction. He is a Dean's List awardee from SP Jain School of Global Management and an honorary steel advisor to the Sino-India Chamber of Commerce (SICC).

We source carbon and stainless steel, coating materials, and raw materials from leading mills and producers across Asia and India — matching each requirement to the right producer on grade, price, and schedule, and managing the order through to delivery.
Working-capital optimisation
Trade finance that moves the deal
We facilitate third-party trade finance for the transaction — arranging letters of credit, credit payment terms, and structured funding through our partners — so buyers can optimise working capital and mills receive committed, financed offtake.

On-the-ground partnership
Through long-standing relationships — including with CSCEC Group, KEPCO, and SK E&C — we structure consultancy engagements and joint ventures that give international principals a reliable partner in the Indian and Asian markets.

3LPE coating materials
Together with our sister company Adiraj Minerals & Metals, we supply 3LPE pipe-coating materials — adhesive and top coat — for pipeline projects, backed by the same sourcing and logistics discipline as our steel business.
